Acceptance of articles for consideration for publication is carried out according to the schedule:

No. 1 — until November 15

No. 2 — until February 15

No. 3 — until May 15

No. 4 — until September 1

Materials received by the editorial office after the specified date can be expected to be released in another issue of the journal. The date of receipt of the article in the number is the date of acceptance of the final version by the editor after review, not the working version.
